Your chair was empty Thanksgiving. I waited for the phone to ring...for you to be on the other end asking "What do you want me to bring?"...I waited for you to knock on the door....Your bright green eyes entering the room before you. I waited and you did not arrive.
Your son's would not come this year. It must be so hard for them.
I wait for you to visit. I miss you so much.

hi, i lost my daughter to cancer (brainstem glioma) and for some reason, searched liver cancer blogs b/c i had heard so many stories from my grandmother when her sister died. the stories were just that, stories. your blog puts things to light and i thank you for the understanding you have shed on such an experience. i will look at my grandmother in a different light, and her words of encouragement through my journey with my daugher on hospice will take a whole new meaning now. http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/celestevidayoung tamara2077@gmail.com
So sad to read. I lost my sister to liver disease on November 1, 2008, her 55th birthday. It somehow helps to read these shared love stories. Bless you...Geneva
